Add the platform mass, the heaviest product, tare and the impact when the load is placed. If the total is close to 15 kg, take the 15 kg cell of the same series. If the maximum is a stable 6–7 kg and the platform is light, 10 kg is enough. A deck larger than 350 × 350 mm is not solved by changing capacity; another cell type is required. Installation The load bends the beam downward. Use M6 class 12.9 screws, about 12 mm engagement, 10 N·m on the 15 kg cell. Do not use the cable as a tie and do not kink it at the potting exit. Typical faults: a tilted platform on one screw, over-torque, a platform larger than 350 mm, a taut cable, washdown as if the cell were stainless steel IP68. Compatibility Analog 2 mV/V cell with about 350 Ω output resistance. Connect it to a weighing indicator or transmitter with 5–15 V bridge excitation.
